The setting is magnificent and favourable, just off the lakes and beaches.

Well-organised, 5-star hotel with courteous staff and free wifi. We had a great experience.

I loved great stuff and location. The restaurant was lovely at the ground floor coffee shop and restaurant here, I had delicious dishes. Comfortable beds, a mini-bar, satellite television and climate control where a nice touch. I came here for 3 nights and had a very very good stay.

Clean, spacious hotel, the location and food were very good here.

Everything was good from the good service to the outstanding food. We loved our time here.

Everything was simply excellent. I liked my stay at this hip new hotel, huge rooms. I'm so glad that Wheelchair Accessible room with excellent view as well as all modern amenities I booked was available.

The hotel is contemporary and has polite staff. The pool area is well-maintained too.

Generous breakfast with lots of options, special and spotlessly clean place. I was given upscale and magnificent room, just how I expected it to be. Lovely friendly staff who where eager to help and answered my questions. A wonderful beach, absolutely stunning view. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We had a lovely bed and they prepared a rich breakfast. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and very amiable. Perfect location to revi karunakaran museum. Great service too. Comfortable stay.

Didn't like the area, it was weird.

Well-appointed units and supportive staff. Lots of options, EXCELLENT food. The location offered was beautiful not far from the lake as well as bus stand. In general the service was excellent too.

The rooms were tidy, it was clean and reasonably large venue. The entire staff was willing to help and warm. I slept so comfy in the soft bed. The hotel has friendly location just off the backwaters and waste treatment plants and beaches. It was a fab experience in a stunningly beautiful property.

Everything was great, very good breakfast. Everybody was very attentive. The room was silent and come with air conditioning and hairdryer. Nice garden and good pool. Handy location in the busy area. Apart from that, kerala backwaters was 10 minutes' drive away.

I appreciated the place, it was clean & the staff were caring. The location was ideal, within easy walking distance of Punnamada Lake. Good restaurant and exceptional service.

We loved the stay, it was a decent experience. Business and fairly clean hotel, practical location. The staff was very hospitable and had a few recommendations, especially about that nice restaurant. There was plenty of healthy meals. Good wines and coffee in the Irish bar, safe parking place.

The property was neat and excellent, had ideal staff and location. Big bedrooms and spacious beds. Within a walking distance of the good beach. Central area. Relaxing stay, we were there for 2 days.

The location was strategic and interior of the rooms was superb. The staff did all they can for a such wonderful stay👌

I had a fabulous stay. Facilities and rooms were superb, I liked that. Big size suite and exceptionally comfortable bed. Early check-in was a bonus.
